Plus, I applied for team leader position and what I got was for a position lower to that, may be these pricks wanted to teach me a lesson.

Fuckar, the director who hired me didnt arrange an onboarding, didnt assign me a buddy.

The TL who got hired just before me, I had to gamble and play it low key, because my previous place had a worse setup.

Then i got assigned to a new manager and a new team, got blasted with work, and still had not made a commit.

Today came to know that my manager is moving to a different company. Weird, it happened in my last place as well, the lady manager got kicked out of the team, or did I hallucinate about it.

Turns out, the TL position that they initially said they will provide aint gonna happen. there are few more coincidences. The manager lost his mother, 7 years back, I lost my father.

During that time, there was a friend of mine, with whom I was supposed to start a company, turns out he went ahead and started his own.
