Frameworks were introduced to help developers build the application as quick as they can. These frameworks also come with component libraries that help the engineers to import the components into the code based and render it with needed data.

But the people in the big organisation mix the problems with respect to chasing the ladder, treating people as the resource rather than a human brain which can be molested, blasted with information that is of no use, and can be replaced at any time.

The company I joined, I had high hopes of creating big things, as it turns out, it is not what I expected it to be. The place is strange, everyone are wasting their energy, but talking. If someone is wasting the energy by talking it means it gained energy by listening to others talk. If talking wastes energy, then listening to others should also consume energy.

this is true, there is no difference between consuming energy or wasting energy because you are able to talk what is in the mind, as it turns out, there can be many different ways of doing whats worth ful in the life and what is not.

The people in the computer industry seem to be lacking talent to use a computer but rather they are good at using the microphone, and speakers. The best use of the computer that man had found is using the speaker and microphone to be able to record and transfer the instruction to another part of the world. What I believe is true or not is not what I believe in the life.

Typing so much of irrelevant information out of the head is rediculus, how do I make myself be put out there in the world about what I can do for the business and what I cannot ? is it really true or is it not, I have seen my future going through several lines of streaks of non important stuffs that roles out of my jacket. Once you know that you are stronger to do anything I also see a conflicting meeting with my manager about a weekly feedback on what is important. I have and I am obliged to talk to my manager because he is the boss. or is he the boss? I do not know who else or what else is the boss.

Letting the mind wander into an unknown space of new next story to be told is not ideal for the people.
